I Wish This Was More Unusual Than It Sounds
As Piper was just heading to her nap, she said, “I poo on little people.”
I sort of laughed.
Because it sounded funny, okay?
And then, because I wanted to move on to my next task, I said something like, “Oh, okay. Sleep well, Little Willow.”
And she said, “I poo on little people.”
Insistent – eh? Not satisfied with my response? Alright Piper.
“Oh. Well, Piper. Don’t poo on little people.”
And then she pointed to a basket on her floor.
Full of Fisher-Price Little People.
Uh-oh.
Now things were beginning to make more sense.
Unfortunately.
The Little People victim was not hard to spot.
The brown smear across her small, violated head made her stand out among her plastic companions.
Poor air traffic controller.
She never even saw it coming.
Maybe the funnier part of this entire exchange is that I still have no idea when Piper shamed said Little Person.
And my response was still pretty much the same.
“Piper. Don’t poo on Little People.”

This is priceless!! What are they thinking as they move through their little toddler life, doing their random, inexplicable acts of strangeness!!

Piper come on now, that is just gross! Maggie has wanted to sit on the potty, she is so funny. She says, "Pee pee mommy?" I say, "Alright, go ahead." She goes and sits patiently on her potty, stands up so excited and says, "Pee pee?" And I say, "Good try, but there is no pee pee there……try again." She does this like a bagillion times. She loves the potty and of course Hezekiah and Eli are all interested too. Hopefully your little people do not see Poo anytime soon!
