….. and coming up
Last night I was lying in bed with Piper, listening to her read a story about Sally and a dog.
Next thing you know, I was waking up and the morning had arrived and I had no idea what happened to Sally and her dog or where the night had gone.
I guess that happens from time to time, right?
It’s the last day of 2015 and I don’t feel like doing one of those reflective blog posts about the past or the year’s highlights or any of that.
Maybe on another day. Maybe never.
As for the future – well – I don’t know how much I feel about writing about that either.
But here I am tonight and I’ll tell you a few bloggy things upcoming.
I think I can handle that.
Next week I’ll share (because by then I will hopefully know) what my One Word will be for 2016.
I’ve been doing this little challenge since 2011, encouraged by my brave friend Alece.
My affiliation with ePantry should be a real win for some of you guys in the next few weeks. They are offering a very cool giveaway for new users and a gigantic discount for those of you already connected with ePantry. I’ll tell you the products I’ve been loving and I hope you guys who have joined up with them will share the stuff you have liked too.
I hope to tell you about the new and improved, much classier version of The Game of Keigley and share a post about all of our family’s favorite breakfast ideas.
I’ve got a book review of the latest Adriana Trigiani novel and I wish her movie Big Stone Gap would arrive on my television screen sooner than later because going to the actual theatre is just not something I get to do all that often. I don’t even care if it’s that great of a film. I just know I read the novels years ago and enjoyed them and am especially curious as the movie was filmed entirely in my beloved Virginia mountains.
There’s a new BlueOrange game to review and I want to tell you guys about the Okee Dokee Brothers. Also, after six months of trying it out, I think I’m ready to share a piece about The Dollar Shave Club.
Who knows – maybe there will be some news about a future podcast tossed in there somewhere too.
And if that isn’t enough to encourage you guys to stick around, I can guarantee there will be loads more posts with pictures of cute kids and fluffy dogs, peppered with posts about the lousy stuff and the hopeful stuff and all the in-between stuff.
So – like all the cool kids like to say on this day – see you next year!
